Opinion piece on the causes of DFTD
I think I (Chris) can put aside theories on a mainland origin for DFTD. Based on this article, many experts in the field express a suspicion that we will soon see DFTD was (at least initially) caused by toxins having genetic effect on one or a few individuals.
